Hi, my name is Roxy.

When the world went into lockdown, I was spending more and more time at home, during this time I taught myself how to bake top quality New York Style bagels. What started out as a hobby, quickly turned into a passion project. The bagel box came to life. My husband and I loved visiting NYC so much that we now call it home :) Funny thing is, we still prefer our homemade bagels over the New York shops.

My bagel recipe has been tested and retested, and tweaked to perfection. No need to stop at the grocery store for out of the norm ingredients, everything is included in our DIY kits.
